Mike, just a quick note to thank you for your Chef's Services for our dinner party of four. It was an excellent evening enjoyed by all. The meal was superb as you could tell by all the empty dishes. We still talk about the menu, from the Asian spring rolls (that disappeared almost immediately) to the dessert. Your recommended selection of wines were also a big hit. It was also nice to have you join us for a drink afterwards over some good conversation and plenty of laughs. The whole experience was extraordinary and we will definitely do it again.

Mike, once again thank you for catering our dinner party. This is our second time around with the same group of friends and we are already planning our third event. As expected we again had a great experience of good food, drink and company, you included. The Asian Spring rolls continue to be a big hit and looks like they will become a regular on our menu. The potato and leek soup got rave reviews and what was left over quickly disappeared Sunday at noon. And the rack of lamb on a bed of mushroom risotto, I think you know my thoughts on that, that also quickly disappeared Sunday noon. Thanks also for your wine selections - they nicely compliment the various courses, of which we have many. Again, thanks for the great meal, entertainment and an excellent experience.

We absolutely loved having Chef Mike into our home to create a special dinner for my mother's 80th birthday. The perfect evening started with Chef arriving on time and very well prepared, and by the time he left, the kitchen was spotless, any leftovers wrapped and put away (not that there was much...but we ate all we could!) and all the dishes done. The food was fantastic and, being in our own home, our entire family attended, were as much or as little involved in the process as they wished to be, and talked about this event for weeks to come. My mother stated that this was "the best birthday she has had in all of her 80 years!" Thank you Chef Mike for giving us this memory.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the culinary expertise of Chef Mike Benninger of Thyme Management. He prepared an exquisite formal meal for eight at my home and I couldn’t have been happier with the results! Chef Mike planned every detail perfectly and suggested perfect wines to go with each course. My guests and I were completely impressed and delighted at the presentation of the meal and the quality of the food. Chef Mike far exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend his services.

Mike, the pleasure was ours - with such a frantic family, it's the biggest treat to get together at home, but NOT have to do all the work of putting on dinner. And Mom is actually bouncing - she's planning the lists of friends she's going to brag to about what her kids did for her birthday. There was a good bit more nibbling after you left last night, and everyone went home with a "care package", so I'm quite sure there will be no surviving leftovers after today, much less tomorrow. You helped make Mom's 65th exactly what she really wanted - thanks so much. I hope we have another such opportunity in the future.

Thank YOU for an amazing night....I swear I'm still full!! No worries about the leftovers, they were gone the next day once Rob discovered them in the fridge. I can safely speak for the whole gang when I say that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! We will definitely be inviting you back sometime. Perhaps for cooking lessons too! Cheers!
