Executive Quality
ThymeManagement.ca's Small Group Catering Services are primarily aimed at preparing gourmet restaurant style meal service for groups of 4-8 people. Meals consist of at least 4 courses, with appetizer, soup/salad, main course, dessert/cheese plate, and sweets served with coffee (if requested). Service is best suited to a more formal table service model. Pricing is based on shopping for the highest quality grocery items (with exceptions to be discussed), menu planning, cooking, service and clean-up. This service begins at $85.00 per person as of June 1, 2008.
Family Quality
A more casual menu, served buffet style (platter service is also available). This model is suited to a more relaxed and informal environment with pricing starting at $45.00/person, effective June 1, 2008. Menu items for main courses are prepared fresh that day and would include 2 or 3 items as lasagna, manicotti, beef bourguignon, barbequed or roasted meats or similiar types of dishes. Includes 2-3 different types of vegetable or pasta side dishes, as well as 2-3 types of freshly made salads. Dessert is not usually included, and menu specifics need to be finalized one week in advance. Price also includes shopping, menu planning, cooking, buffet service and clean-up.
