Sliced fruits of choice, such as berries, mango or melon
Low fat vanilla yoghurt
Plain honey
Plain granola
Add sliced fruit to the bottom of a clear serving cup. Spoon yoghurt in and tap to make into a layer, then top with a layer of granola. Repeat as often as needed to fill the glass, top off with a dollop of yoghurt, garnish with granola.
