4 large fresh eggs
¼ cup homo or half and half milk
Pre-cooked bacon, crumbled or cooked diced ham
¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
¼ TSP Salt and ¼ TSP Pepper
Mixed greens and light vinaigrette dressing
Crack eggs into a bowl, add milk and blend. Pour into pan and add bacon/ham to taste, then top with cheese. Bake at 350F for about 25 minutes or until set in the middle. Slice into thirds and side with mixed greens, add some muffins and serve.
