1 cup whole milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips(best quality you can get)
A large egg (at room temperature)
1 TBSP sugar
small pinch of salt
2 TBSP cream liquor (eg. Baileys/Carolans)
Put the milk in a small sauce pot to boil or heat in a microwave. As the milk heats, put everything else in a blender and mix at low speed. With the blender running, slowly pour in the boiled milk (takes about 30 sec.) until everything is melted and smooth, then run for another 30 seconds. Shut off blender, gently tap the carafe a few times, then pour into champagne glasses, wine glasses or demitasse cups. Chill for at least 2 hours, or cover with clean film and keep overnight.
