Grilled shrimp on a skewer, served with sweet chili sauce and chopped fresh coriander
Traditional Caesar salad, made table side from scratch
Boneless chicken breasts, stuffed with minced chicken meat, caramelized onion and mushrooms, baked until golden brown, served on a creamy mushroom risotto base with a seasonal side dishes such as asparagus, crunchy green beans or batons of carrot.
Gourmet cheese plate, served with fresh and dried fruits, several kinds of crackers/biscuits, variety of hard and soft cheeses.

Grilled (where possible) chicken, leek and pineapple quesadillas served with sour cream and spicy salsa
Fresh made chickpea and leek soup, topped with fresh parmesan cheese and cracked pepper.
A boneless leg of fresh Ontario lamb, dry rubbed with a Moroccan curry blend, grilled (or broiled) to medium and carved table side. Best served on a bed of minted couscous, with cumin roasted carrots on the side. This can also be made with Moroccan spicing of seasonal side dishes such as asparagus, crunchy green beans, eggplant etc.
Fresh chocolate "pot o'creme" served with vanilla whipped cream, fresh mint sprigs and shaved bitter chocolate.

Wheels of slow roasted garlic, served with red pepper and cream cheese dip and crispy biscuits.
Table made baby spinach and mixed green salad, tossed with citrus and sour cream dressing, served with cracked pepper, diced bell pepper and fresh cheddar.
Fillet of Salmon portions, pan fried and oven finished to medium, topped with sea salt and lemon zest gremolata, served with rosemary roasted red potatoes and minty peas.
White chocolate and mascarpone tart, served with seasonal berries and fresh whipped cream and mint.

These menus represent a small sample of what can be done, and each menu can be customized in almost way you would like. When we sit down for your client interview, specific requests, family recipes, "custom inventions" and other requests can be costed and incorporated into your customized menu.
