Hearty Potato & Leek |
Based on a traditional recipe, this velvety smooth puree of potato, leek, onions, garlic and milk/cream can be served hot or chilled, and can be made vegetarian or low salt. |
Spicy Thai Pumpkin |
An Aussie favorite Mike quickly grew to love, this delightful blend of pumpkin, onion, ginger, coconut milk, chili and seasoning is packed full of Asian flavors. It can be made as hot or mild as you like, vegetarian or low salt. |
Cucumber & Mint |
Usually served ice cold in summer, this light blend can take the heat out of any summer day. With a blend of cucumber, onion, vegetarian stock, mint (fresh and dried), seasoning and garlic, this soup is great to enjoy outside on a hot summer night with barbecued chicken. |

Using his own homemade stock

the freshest seasonal ingredients
such as carrots, celery,
onions, garlic and ginger.
Slowly simmered to concentrate
the flavours, this soup
can be enjoyed as is, with
added chicken or seafood
for more body, or kept simple

Chicken or Beef |
Always made fresh from scratch, these soups start from roasted bones and seasonings, slowly simmered for hours until concentrated and flavourful, then fresh seasonal ingredients are added to finish it to your liking. If you like, either soup can be thickened and enriched further into a hearty stew. |
