Executive Quality
ThymeManagement.ca's Small Group Catering Services are primarily aimed at preparing gourmet restaurant style meal service for groups of 4-8 people. Meals consist of at least 4 courses, with appetizer, soup/salad, main course, dessert/cheese plate, and sweets served with coffee (if requested). Service can be either "by plate" or buffet style if the site makes that more suitable. Pricing is based on shopping for the highest quality grocery items (with exceptions to be discussed), menu planning, cooking, service and clean-up.
Family Quality
A more casual menu, usually served buffet style (platter style is also available). This model is suited to a more relaxed and informal environment. Menu items for main courses are prepared fresh that day and include 2 or 3 items as lasagna, manicotti, beef bourguignon, barbequed or roasted meats or similiar styled dishes. Also provided would be at 2-3 different types of vegetable or pasta side dishes, as well as 2-3 types of freshly made salads. Dessert is not usually included, and menu specifics need to be finalized 1 week in advance. Price also includes shopping, menu planning, cooking, buffet service and clean-up.
